Welcome to our book club. The club is run from Stewarts Hospital in Palmerstown in partnership with South Dublin Public Libraries. We meet every month on the first Tuesday at 4pm in the library. The club was established several years ago and has members from the general public in Palmerstown and hospital staff. Our common bond is reading. New members are always welcome and often people dip in and out as time permits
Hello,
I hope this email finds you well.
I look after the Book Club on Ireland AM, and at the moment I’m looking for a Book Club who would like to read “A Moment Like This” by Anita Notaro, and review it for the show.
I was wondering if your book club would be interested in participating?
I would need a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 8. I can supply copies of the book and would film on a weekday morning in June, between 11am and 1pm. I would ask each member a number of questions about the book and would then edit this into a piece which would air on Ireland AM in July. Here is a link to a Book Club I filmed recently, to give you an idea of what would be involved:

It would be great if you could get back to me and let me know if the club would be interested. I can then organise a date with you and send out the books.
Thanking you and looking forward to hearing from you,

Claire,
our last meeting before the Summer break is on 5th June. The group are currently reading for that. I have emailed everyone to find out if we would have enough bodies about in June to read and review the Anita Notaro book. I’ll let you know as soon as they get back to me,
Siobhan
